About Us:
We are a new online baby store specializing in high-quality baby products. We are looking for a young, smart, and self-driven individual to assist the director in taking charge of all activities related to the store. If you have a passion for business, eCommerce and are eager to learn and grow, this position could be a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store.
  • Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers for timely restocking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Process and fulfill orders, including inventory management.
  • Update product listings and manage website content.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media management.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide regular reports on store performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Kenya and C+ grade for English KCSE.
  • Keen sense of business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using computers and the internet.
  • Passion for the learning.
